Driving Innovation,
Scaling for Impact

At Avioxx, we are leading the charge in sustainable aviation fuel production.

Our multi-phase approach ensures that we de-risk investment, optimise performance through modelling, and scale efficiently. Each of our projects represents a critical step toward a cleaner aviation future.

Avioxx follows a digital-first approach, using advanced simulations to refine designs and de-risk investment. We prioritise quality and economics, ensuring commercially viable SAF production. Through iterative development, we continuously optimise performance, and our research-led approach ensures every decision is backed by data and real-world validation.

Advanced Fuel Lab
Launched in 2024, our cutting-edge research facility at The Heath Business and Technical Park, Runcorn, Cheshire drives SAF innovation. It focuses on transforming waste hydrocarbons into high-grade sustainable aviation fuel, refining formulations, and generating key performance data to scale production.
Project Eden
A 200 tpa modular proof-of-concept plant designed to validate Avioxx’s SAF technology in a real-world setting, de-risking future large-scale investments. By capturing and utilising waste carbon, this project is expected to remove approximately 500 tonnes of CO₂ per year, reducing emissions from traditional aviation fuel production.
Project Genesis
A 5,000 tpa large demonstrator plant bridging proof-of-concept to full commercial rollout, validating SAF production at scale. This project will play a key role in sustainable aviation by removing an estimated 12,500 tonnes of CO₂ annually, significantly reducing the sector’s environmental impact.
Project Ascend
A 32,000 tpa full-scale SAF facility, designed as a blueprint for widespread SAF adoption, delivering a scalable alternative to fossil-based jet fuel. Once operational, this facility is projected to remove approximately 80,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year, marking a major step toward decarbonising aviation.
Novel introduction of solid oxide fuel cells and unique configuration of reactors for economic production of sustainable fuel.

Our Vision

Avioxx aims to establish 10 commercial SAF plants in the UK, producing 320,000 tpa of SAF from waste. Through our blueprint and blue book licensing model, we will drive SAF adoption across Europe, making our process the industry standard. Our approach delivers a scalable solution to waste management and sustainable fuel production, strengthening the circular economy and reducing aviation’s carbon footprint. This ambitious goal will remove an estimated 800,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year, delivering a tangible impact on aviation emissions and advancing net-zero aviation.
